How long does my order take?

Yes. Customization is available on select products.
Availability depends on the item and requested design.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact us as quickly as possible.
Changes cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
Do you accept returns?
Return eligibility depends on the product.
Customized and personalized products are generally final sale unless JOD made an error or the item arrived damaged.
When will I receive tracking?
Tracking information will be provided once your order has completed processing and has been shipped.
My package says delivered, but I don't have it. What should I do?
Check your delivery area, mailbox, household members, neighbors, and your carrier first.
If you still cannot locate the package, contact us.
Do you offer digital products?
Yes. Some JOD products may be available as digital downloads.
Digital purchases are final sale.
Can I request a product I don't currently see on the website?
Absolutely.
