Before Placing Your Order

Design Previews & Approval

Some personalized products may require a digital design preview before production begins.

When a preview is provided:

Customers are responsible for reviewing all design details.
Any requested corrections must be submitted before final approval.
Production begins after the design has been approved.
Once production begins, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Please note that not every personalized product includes a design preview.

Processing & Production

Custom products require additional preparation and production time.

Processing begins once all necessary customization details, photographs, and required approvals have been received.

Production timelines may vary depending on product type, design complexity, order volume, and availability.

Shipping time is separate from processing time. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Because personalized products are created specifically for each customer, custom orders are generally final sale.

Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted for changes of mind or customer-submitted personalization errors, except where required by law.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or different from the approved design due to an error by JOD Stationery or our production partner, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
